I've never felt so ripped off in my life. They give you an account manager who takes ages to respond, and when I requested a cancellation with a refund, the VP assured me and assigned a different account manager, extending my deadline to the end of September. My blunder was not getting that in writing, as they now claim I’ve gone way past my extension, and it’s only August. When I confronted them about it, he checked with the VP, who said I still had another week, which made it clear they’re not even addressing the issue. All they did was create a bunch of misleading content, referring to me with the wrong gender and job titles I’ve never held. I figured out they profit by trying to upsell you to keep their services longer, pulling off this bait and switch since I’m already too invested and out thousands. I really don’t get how folks like this can sleep at night. So dishonest.
